ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS
The customer accepts without reservation and acknowledges having read these conditions when placing the order.They govern the contract between the company COMPAGNIE DU CHANVRE (hereinafter referred to as CFC) and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
PRODUCTS
The images on the product sheets are only illustrations, although these photographs are taken on the same products you will receive, any difference between the images and the products received is not grounds for complaint. The prices are understood to include all taxes without delivery costs.
ORDER
The information collected by the ordering system present on the site is proof of the content and date of the order.The sale is concluded following the acceptance of the customer’s payment. If a product is out of stock, the customer will receive an email proposing to choose a new product, a longer delivery time or a refund. The delivery of the order is made in FRANCE and in all the SHENGEN area. Any costs related to an error in the customer’s name, address or other information will be charged to the customer.
PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time of order by credit card. The order will be taken into account after acceptance of the payment.
DELIVERY
The CFC does its utmost to deliver the products to the carrier within 48 to 72 hours following confirmation of payment of the order. Delivery is made through the service chosen by the customer: Colissimo, Chronopost. The delivery times announced at the time of order are estimated and not contractual. Possible delays would not give him to a complaint. In any case, if within 30 days the package is not delivered, the customer may request a refund. If you notice a damaged or non-compliant package you must report it directly to the carrier.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The product must not have been opened and remained in its original packaging. This period begins on the day of delivery of the order. The customer must send his request for withdrawal to this link. The return costs are at the customer’s expense. The customer must return the goods no later than 14 days after his retraction to the address that the seller will indicate to him.
DISPUTES
The contract concluded between CFC and its customer is subject to French law. CFC cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever, material, immaterial or corporal. The responsibility of CFC is in all cases limited to the amount of the order. In case of dispute, the customer will address in priority to the CFC in order to find an amicable solution. If need be, the competent jurisdiction will be the court of Paris.
